As an SHFA puppy parent, you are required to do the following:

-Feed Royal Canin for one (1) year from puppy pick-up. (We recommend feeding for life)

-Feed NuVet vitamins for one (1) year from puppy pick-up. (We recommend using for life)

-Keep puppy up to date with annual vet exams, vaccinations, and deworming for life.

-Keep your puppy on heartworm preventative for life.

-Spay/Neuter your puppy before the age of one (1) year and provide proof to SHFA.

These requirements are not negotiable and are included in the contract. If a puppy parent does not follow these requirements, at minimum, the one year health guarantee is rendered null and void.
